after Michel Colichon, Paris 1689
Parallel to Katja's instrument I am making a second Colichon. It is going to have a two-piece back and ribs of figured american cherry and a plain scroll.
I have just finished this instrument and it sounds very resonant and speaks easy. More photos will follow shortly.
